Maybe they didn’t get the concept of the site and actually thought they were going to get exact replicas. Or extremely close the fabric and other things like sequence looks cheap. Because they look great on camera and they should have filmed close if that was the issue. And they should not have expected the dresses to look completely same.

But like how was it sewn? were the edges finished, etc.? The dresses they're comparing them to are hundreds if not thousands dollars more, i dunno they seemed really negative considering when they get branded videos and they're over the top with compliments and justifying extremely expensive athletic wear. These dresses were $150 custom made and pretty awesome.

I do absolutely understand what you mean. I think they were trying to make it clear that the quality would not be like the original. So maybe they are better suited as costumes than something for a special occasion or an event (whoever goes to those) $150 is far from the hundreds or thousands of dollars that the originals. So they are not going to be the same quality, but they could have been a bit more positive about them. I think Drew was better about it than Sinead.

I get you Lola ! I am glad someone said it which is why I jumped into the comment section. They failed to acknowledge that the dupes are most probably made in a third world country where ppl have not necessarily studied fashion unlike the designers who made the originals and what's more probably got paid next to nothing for the effort they put in. Where as I do understand they are trying to give honest reviews. I wish they put in a little more effort to atleast appreciate these are dupes not even one third the price of the original. Somehow they were really negative and here I was watching them looking extremely gooood in those dresses. A little appreciation goes a long way! Can't lie but I am a little annoyed

back in 2015 my friend got a dress from this site for prom and it was pretty nice! honestly the seams were all clean and it was comparable to other $200 prom dresses

Well all the dresses came across looking really great on video. We know celebrity get their stuff altered to fit so if that the only reason for not liking one of the dresses get it altered. I like the weight of the sheer skirt better than the original because it looked heavier and less likely to get caught on everything. I really do not appreciate the negativity in this video , these dresses are 100-200$ remakes of dresses that cost thousands of dollars and they look absolutely amazing on them , meanwhile on other videos they praise extremely overpriced branded athletic wear , or cheap fast fashion clothing. They can’t be serious .

I assume those are sponsored, it’s crazy how they praise some things that aren’t special. And some times fabrics are too thin or don’t fit well and they don’t mention it at all but here they mention things like the fit is not as thight as in the picture.

To be fair…… $100-200 recreation of gowns that are one of a kind and can cost up to 10k etc is really not going to be perfect quality. And even getting a regular full length evening gown/prom style gown is usually around that price point. So these didn’t seem that bad to me. Especially if you got them altered to fit correctly.

I actually think the second dress on Sinead is really pretty. And yes...they want the look exactly like something that was tailor made for a celebrity for $200 or under and are upset by the "lack" of quality...doesn't work that way ladies. I think they both look nice and if you're buying a knockoff you know its a knockoff, don't be shocked in the end - they have liked some wish items more and those are generally heinous.

I think they didn't use their exact measurements, and instead just ordered numeric sizes. A huge majority of the clothes they try on are returned to get the money back, which is why we sometimes hear them talk about "wanting to keep it" "wish I could keep this" etc. With websites like that, you can't return things with custom sizes
