Meat quality and cuts in Pakistan aren’t even close to what we get in Turkey, Dubai etc so no matter how much kashkas and shashkas you add, it’s never gonna taste like the authentic cuisine. Also what’s the point in having a Pakistani touch in Turkish cuisine? It’s like saying let’s open up a restaurant where we serve Turkish Nihari. Sounds stupid right??
