Trying Korean "Flying Yoga" with my Mum!?! (+Ollie😅)

My mum has always loved fitness. She was even an aerobics instructor for over 20 years! And so we knew that we wanted to explore what unique fitness programs Seoul has to offer, and found the perfect one...
We didn't quite prepare ourselves for how difficult WE would find it though!!!
