Also, the paper stock in your book has a "pearl" finish: slight iridescence and texture, but doesn't shift the photo color (like maybe you lose a little of the black/shadows, but not much). We love potatoes! I love potato corner so I gotta try potato guys. Also I tried Phin cafe too last weekend in South SJ, I liked it. It is similar to La Caphe which I think what you were refering to, the one in Story Rd. I always get the coconut coffee coz I prefer it over the egg coffee. Perfect with Banh Mi! I still prefer the Duc Huong Banh Mi though (Story Rd branch). I also get the same order in Meet Fresh! Always hits the spot!Anyway thanks again for the new spots to try in the Bay Area! You should try Lacàphê in San Jose! They have the “eggspresso” too, plus an amazing Coco Freeze (coconut coffee ice blended) and the Ube cream too. I personally love the eggspresso and the lightly salted coffee! There’s also a new tea/coffee place somewhat nearby (next to Pho Ha Noi) called Phuc Long that you might be interested in trying one day. I’m not Viet but from what I can understand, it’s a beloved chain in Vietnam and this branch is one of their newest outposts in the US. They opened a couple weeks ago and the lines were pretty crazy!
