We love potatoessssss. Love seeing all the local eats you go to that are not for your main channel! Your grandma is so precious! She looks so healthy! Phin Cafe in San Jose is good too. I think the other one in San Jose you're probably thinking about it lacàphê since it's been on IG a lot lately. The other really good spot is Tram Coffee! Yummmm I want some now. Also, the paper stock in your book has a "pearl" finish: slight iridescence and texture, but doesn't shift the photo color (like maybe you lose a little of the black/shadows, but not much). We’ve tried the viet coffee spots in San jose! There’s Tram coffee and La Caphe! Tram has a sweeter egg cream and la caphe has a milder one similar to Phin.

You should try Lacàphê in San Jose! They have the “eggspresso” too, plus an amazing Coco Freeze (coconut coffee ice blended) and the Ube cream too. I personally love the eggspresso and the lightly salted coffee! There’s also a new tea/coffee place somewhat nearby (next to Pho Ha Noi) called Phuc Long that you might be interested in trying one day. I’m not Viet but from what I can understand, it’s a beloved chain in Vietnam and this branch is one of their newest outposts in the US. They opened a couple weeks ago and the lines were pretty crazy!

It is similar to La Caphe which I think what you were refering to, the one in Story Rd. I always get the coconut coffee coz I prefer it over the egg coffee. Perfect with Banh Mi!
