Especially during days like today it's hard to muster up the energy to exist in the world in general and that underlying cloud of depression just adds to it. Wow, you’re a good singer! I would LOVE a video specifically on matte, powder eye shadows. I cannot seem to find any good ones, they make my eyelids dry and bring out texture and wrinkles. I haven’t tried super high end though, only MAC and UD.

Hi Kackie! I loved when you said that the bronzer was intoxicating to put on! That's how I feel about the Makeup by Mario Skin Perfector (the powder product not the cream one) it just excites me to put on like makes me happy and excited to do makeup. Haven't been excited like that about a makeup product in awhile. Might have to try the kaja bentos after your review. I hope that you feel better soon and remember that your videos provide joy to your followers; they are like hanging with an old friend! I think your makeup looked beautiful and loved the extra bronzer!

I would like to put in a pitch for loose mineral powder as a skin tint. It is a super low tech product but it looks great and takes no effort to put on. I wouldn’t use it in the winter as my skin is on the dry side but it works well in the summer. Considering last week was so hot and humid that I had sweat running down my eyes at 8 am it has good staying power as well.

I have Peach Madeline - the other new Kaja trio, and it's absolutely beautiful! I'm curious though if the special celestial shade in Peach Madeline and the one in Mauve Bouquet are a similar colour? It's a beautiful little trio for the summer though, the matte is well... a peach, lol. And the sparkly shade has more of a peach tone to it!!

I immediately bought the new Thrive SPF, and really like the product. But, I won't repurchase due to the cost. $38 for 1oz. is a LOT, and much higher in cost per use than the other products in their line. Considering how much SPF I use, the tube only lasted slightly more than a month with daily use. Back on the search for a good, more affordable product.

I feel like I saw somewhere that kaja is made to be able to be applied with your fingers. The eyeshadows and even the powder blush and highlight. I tried the blush one time that way and was surprised it worked.

Feeling seen in this video - I also don’t eat when I am depressed and it makes me feel soooo impatient 😂 I have done pretty well at training myself to always have a snack and a glass of water if I feel bad…. and I also am a olive toned goblin with very cool toned lips - trying to find a nude lipstick that looks good with my face is a nightmare challenge since they all change colour when I put them on 💋

Knowledge and awareness of your depression still doesn't stop it from taking over your mood. I found this so frustrating when going through times of depression. Unless you are able to get through with some medication and counselling, it is something that simply can't be controlled.
