Scary and dangerous wet conditions on the Ring below 5 degrees, been there done that - 20 years ago - and crashed. On Yokohama A038 tyres, no wonder I lost it 😅 You did a good job in the Porsche above, took it easy and seriously 👍

I’ve been looking for the right one for a while now to rebuild. Not easy to find, but I will do soon. Natural progression for any petrol head is bmw --> Porsche😅had a cayenne GTS and rebuilt a cayman about a year ago, top top cars even when they aren’t track spec

How much different is your line in the wet? It looks like you square off the turns a bit more, no where near the apex

Lot of rubber stuck to the ground on the apex so becomes like ice, basically drive the opposite of the racing line or just off

I just did my first ever wet lap on the Nürburgring at the 2024 Carfreitag. Gotta say mad respect Misha for going that „fast“ My MK3 Audi TTS on PS4S slid all over the place going so sideways that I have to admit I almost wet the inside of the car as well Did you continue braking while turning or only when you went kinda straight? Cause on my lap the first corner after the second carousel almost got me

I have that same gt3 and have several bmw m cars, the gt3 being naturally aspirated all the power is up top, you can see Mischa(spelled his name right I hope) never pushed it. 7k-9k is where the magic is! When you shift at 9k, the pdk drops you at peak power band for the next gear 7-9k each time. It’s fun!

Misha is not pushing the Porsche. Misha is not an expert (there are no experts). We haven't seen what BMW driver was doing behind the steering wheel to keep up.

The BMW driver could also have been more experienced, in this case he was not guided by the thread he chose, but in fact you never know who you will meet in the ring, it could be a Sunday driver or the F1 world champion
