Trying out readymaderc.com antennas on DJI Phantom Vision

testing new antennas...phew..close call
Please do not ever fly this high or far without making sure that it is not going to cause any issues with anything or anybody in the sky. I was simply doing this for testing purposes, but I can assure you that I no longer do or will do long range without verifying it is okay at the time of flight. I think long range modifications are important to do in case a situation comes up where you need to fly far away (ie: after a tornado, or doing search and rescue), and that is the ONLY reason I promote the ability.

hahaha... You can only imagine the nervousness I felt! I don't know if you noticed or not, but the field in front of my house is full of water from all the rain, so I was like "don't land in the water, don't land in the water!!" lol.... On top of that, I didn't realize that I didn't have my pet tracker on. That would have been a shocker if it landed in the field somewhere, wouldn't it? haha. I guess you always have good ol' "find my phantom"

Wow Nail Bitting doesnt do it justice."You Crazy Man". The most nerve wrecking part was when it was only moving at 18mph you flipped it to regain control it worked for a second then stopped i was like Holy Sht you only got so much battery and it stopped right now your never gonna make it you just stayed cool. Thumbs Way Up on that I would put another disclaimer in the description not to fly that high it was only for demonstrations testing purposes in a open field you know just to be real clear to people.

lol... Well, you don't want to sound too worried on a video for sure, but I was a little. I don't get too nervous because there is nothing there to do damage to or anything, and I knew (thought it was on) the pet tracker would take me right there haha. I am just glad she landed safely in my hands. Good idea on the description by the way. I think from now on I am gonna call the FAA and see if I can get some kind of permission also to be on the safe side.

I can only imagine they will tell you to keep it under 400ft. I am happy for you glad it made it safe great video man really. Its cool to get the background sound your real time reactions your wife I'm guessing out there trying to spot it with you telling you where to fly it at the end pretty funny and you cant forget the R/C truck driver zooming around you. I couldn't have that much distraction around me i would have been loosing. You act like a pro real cool about it 18mph 40% battery its cool just kick it up to nearly 40mph.

Haha. Thanks man. Never been called a pro flyer... I appreciate all your support. Really. I have the next modification video almost uploaded. .. my internet is sooo slow. Been uploading since last night
