How does the PC/ MAC software work? Is it just a mirror of the on-device LCD screen, or does it provide more function? Like for example automatically creating such great Frequency dependent Value graphs? :-) Also, is it possible to somehow add external DC Bias, for even larger DC current when testing Coils?

Cool! But what are the four BNC-connectors for? Are they for the Kelvin-leads? (but then do you not use the coax cable for this?) Conversely, if you use the BNC+Coax as a robust single-pole connector (4x), won't you suffer from changing parasitic inductance when you move the cables?

The BNC connectors are indeed for Kelvin leads which are highly recommended for this device. You can also use a TH26001A-style text fixture.
