Span makes a good point about sydneys culture/nightlife. After 9-10pm everything is dead, nothing is happening. But there are ton of people that are still out and about. It would defs benifit if more places are open later as the only other thing to do is sesh with the boys haha.

I love the food reviews. The boys at work put me onto a truck / caravan at Mt Druitt called fried brothers. I drove up there and got there chicken tenders and they were very nice. May be put that food truck in one of your future reviews if you do anything out west.

Here in 🇺🇸, truck stops have some of the best food and mom and pop joints. Where I used to live there was a run down looking building. They sold and made seafood and such. You wouldn't look twice at the place, OMG...the sea food was always fresh and the food was incredible. 💜🇺🇸

I agree with you. That Chorizo Dog was not a Chorizo. I remember a little takeaway place in Kings Cross that use to serve real Chorizo Dogs back in 2007 with guacamole on top. Not sure if still over there, the Hot Dogs were a bit overpriced but they were great too!

"Charred Affair" in Hornsby is another great food truck. It's only open till 6 or 7pm on weeknights and Saturdays run out of the owner's front yard but it's the best burger joint in Hornsby. The closest good burger outside of Hornsby is in Wahroonga but that's a bit of a buuji suburb and Hornsby is more central but more retro and just... everything is kinda old.
