That picture you showed of your lunch break was amazing! I mean. The light summer clothing, the wonderful seafood, how light the picture was from the summer sun. It looked amazing! Then how you said how appreciative you were was great to hear you say that. Very humble and just reminds me why I'm such a Mengu fan. 😊 Also Rhystic studies is amazing. If you like romantic dark side of magic, the one he did on the plane of innistrad was simply amazing. One of the best things I've ever seen on KZbin! Good luck in Berlin my friend!

I've been on 4 Delta, 4 Black Fetches Swamp and 3 Harbinger Side and haven't lost a game it's resolved. Card is absolutely worth a shot.

@@denissinner4625 Harbinger of the Seas. Being able to double blue spell post moon effect is wildly better than Blood Moon. There's really only 3 cards that can deal with it, Solitude, Ring, and Dismember. I expect to see a lot less Dismember post Nadu and you have efficient (free) interaction for Solidute in Subtlety/Scolding and the Ring in FoN/Consign.

Break the ice does not cover the entire spectrum that harbinger of the seas covers. What is the use of BTI against Domain, Mardu, Omnath? or any other deck other than tron that occupies more than 3 colors?

About creators that criticize the game. I think they're needed to call out bad card design decisions, but they should also be careful to not go overboard. I also miss the days of GP's

It's a shame that the KZbin algorithm seems to heavily prioritize "here's why thing you like is actually bad" style content. Not saying contemporary MtG design is perfect or even heading in the right direction, but there's a definite incentive for content creators to push negativity.

@@smokyprogg Definitely. And it's not only for MtG related things. People are much more likely to engage with ragebait-y content, so the algorithm favors that over more sober and positive content.

I value your positivity, Mengu, but even if every single MtG content creator did nothing but negative content, they could not harm the game more than Wizards themselves. Negative content overwhelming the positive is a symptom that should be responded to, not a something swept under the rug.

Am I crazy for thinking this frogtide deck is a good shell for thoughseize/inquisition? I feel as though this deck could be taking a more proactive approach and as a bonus they're good discard fodder for frog late game

Thoughts on adding 2x Archmage's Charm? Feels like UB lacks the card advantage of Expressive Iteration and relies on Frog connecting to compensate for it.

Against ruby storm, isn’t it better to bring in Consign to memory and cut Bowmaster? The orcs don’t seem to do much in the matchup, that can maybe take a spawn and get some damage in from Manamorphose. But consign counters the medallion, and can counter triggers such as the storm trigger. It also pitches to FoN, which is good. But I’m not sure

i feel like every game i just wanted to draw and play murktide so having 4 might make it harder to hit on curve. I am curious do you think the version with Tamiyo is strictly better and how good is she without bauble as you mentioned before they combo nicely. Tamiyo plus a nights whisper type card also is just combo on its own too. I have seen street wraiths too but probably better for deaths shadow decks

Trying to put together this deck but don't own nor have i been very impressed with Bowmasters. Is there anything you'd recommend over? Like discard spells or maybe more Drown in the Loch?

I would do the following: Cut down on tammy, add the mono u expressive - Memory Deluge (even comboes with froggy) Run a bit more Drown in the loch. Run my head into a wall untill i get my wins :p

if you like rhystic studies maybe you could like some of his videos about lore in different planes (my fav video of his isbthe kaldheim one) otherwise if you don't care about either lore nor art the red deck wins one

9:33 I tested 50 matches vs storm and storm almost never wins if you have counter up. Tapping out was bad, you could take bowmaster and land and keep counter up and win in 2 turns. Tapping out gives him so many outs, pif, glimpse, wish, any draw 2, risk as just too big.
