My daughter has a serious tteokbokki addiction. Thanks to Aaron's video, I can give her a treat when she actually remembers to clean her room. She would love this place. Shame there is nothing like it in the States.

Aaron, I bet you could eat the food and know exactly how to make it lol I can do that a lot more times than not 😏 it's definitely the signs of an excellent cook ❤ so good to see you two in a different element too, was good to see you both not working all the time. Foodie reviews once in awhile is nice for a mixup. Another fun one to do would be a tour of different places to shop or visit where you are.

We have 2 locations in Australia, Sydney and Canberra. My partner and I just got back from a road trip to Canberra and we tried dookki while there, it was amazing! 😍 I'm sad we don't have it in Brisbane. It's also about $35 AUD per person and a cheese ring was $10.

Dang our local dookki does not offer UNLI ice cream. I love the cheese and corn filled toppoki. As for the magma cheese I always grab ice from the drink bar and put some broth to cool down the then dip the toppoki depending on taste

After finding an Asian market 30 mins from Hendersonville, NC my daughter and I have become tteokbokki addicted. We bought some kimchee rame and I mixed with the tteokbokki and I was in heaven. We both would love to visit Korea as we have heard so much & now I know we definitely wouldn't starve. Through your videos and cookbook you have opened my eyes to so much. Thanks to you both.

$7.90 is WILD for an all you can eat buffet! 😭That’s unheard of in the USA. Buffets here typically are $20/person, and but can be $30/person or higher. It’s almost impossible to get a meal under $8 - a burger (without a drink or fries) pretty much costs that much these days. I hate that everything is so expensive in the US 🥲

Dumplings: are mostly empty because the potpot sauce is so overpowered it would ruin the taste of any dumpling filling. T is all about the sauce and texture of the other ingredients .... I personally enjoy adding bamboo and lotus root to the hotpot, and drink ginger beer with it.
