Emily you need to try the Asian cucumber salad. Cucumber, soy sauce, rice vinegar, chilli oil, garlic and ginger. It had me in a chock hold last summer and I ate it almost daily.

Non-vegan gummy bears has very different texture from any other vegan gummies because of gelatine (as I remember and others say) so l think it wouldn't work right and that's why your gummies didn't get bigger and had another texture

I found some hot cheeto adjacent chips from Marshall’s. They’re the El Sabroso Taco-Litos Spicy Chili N’ Lime-so shaped like Takis but taste like slightly lime-y Hot Cheetos. They’re the closest smell (😅) and taste to Hot Cheetos. And I’d suggest trying the Snyder’s Jalapeño pretzel pieces for a cheddar jalapeño hit cheeto bit of nostalgia
