The callouts gives me some vibes of how real PvP/RvR in DAoC was handled in ventriilo servers back in the day. This is much smaller scale and less complexity to how things are being handled but I know this is early access. We had multiple companies, scouts looking for the enemy, set squad compositions, etc. It was badass.

the best way to be a commander is to be able to regurgitate in words like its an RTS game but with people. its the same concept with RTS games but you're just dragging your units, here you're vocal where to go, attack, and advance backwards.

Be dead in 6 months, the west doesn’t the time investment wise that Asian countries have. It’s also a completely different culture. This is why the west prefer the paid sub method with decent PvE, purely time constraints as it’s so easy to fall behind in something like this unless you are a neet

No they wont. Early access is a headstart for those who bought it. On release they will launch "full launch" servers which the f2p players can go on if they want the classic mmo start experience. Or they can join their friends on ea servers if they want. The ppl who started during ea can not move off of ea servers for what seems to be at least til november either. Its all on their twitter, site news section and steam page

They prolly wont. As for the getting owned. There were already lv 50 ppl day 1 of ea. When a zone starts a pvp event you get scaled to that zone, they certainly didnt one shot. To that end you can also choose to just wait for the event to pass if you're really against pvp (takes about 15min). In the "proper" pvp you can also still clap ppl that are more geared than you, the way this works is you can't build for everything so your build will always have a counter
