Come to Canada. You can have cold exposure at least 6 months of the year. 😁. We go to Thailand for heat exposure to relax our muscles.

Good video, although you could have explained why is called The Wim Hof method. It is called after a guy from the Netherlands called Wim Hof also know as the Iceman. He has numerous records in ice related stuff.

Khun Natty! For everybody involved: Great editing & filming 🤘🏼 Thank you for being so open and honest about your experience (especialy being aware of your anxiety). Part of the Wim Hof method (kundalini pranayama or fire breath) is something you could dip in more (Kundalini Yoga) since the key to lowering anxiety is done by breathing towards to the lower part of your belly. Chanting AUM is a lovely extra tool since the A starts in your belly, U in the middle and the M ends in your throught. A nice way of naturaly and subconsciously forcing your breathing to lower itself ♥️ So leaving you with something I always said to my students (Yin Yoga): Breath it all in & love it all out ♥️🙏☸️

I will do this soon. I have been following Wim Hof for a while and wanted to do it. I actually have a portable bathtub I bought on Lazada for around 300THB that I put on my balcony. I keep 12 1-liter bottles of water in my freezer and put 8 of them in the tub in the morning to cool the water down. Then I swap them out for the remaining 4 and get in the tub. It’s not quite a full Ice bath, but it is still fairly cold. I usually stay in for 20 minutes. I keep the tub filled with water and add 50ml of chlorine bleach after I get out to maintain it. It usually can last for a week or so when I drain it, clean the tub, and refill it.

Healing the body in any form no matter what it may be comes from inside. All the methodology around what is practiced today is total hoohaa. The mind may play a part in all daily functions but when it comes to healing, there is only one way that works, from the inside. Eating healthy foods and daily exercise is the main ingredients. Hot therapy and ice baths only stimulate skin nerves which in turn send impulses to the brain that is interpreted as relaxation. Your body has to be understood, you the individual, to what extent it can absorb negative limits, stresses, and pain. If that is managed by the individual you have the ability to detect signs to heal. In modern society, this is not taught. Medication and other anti-depressives are too readily available. The human body is designed to heal itself. Period!!!!!!!!!

When I lived in Thailand I didn't have a water heater in the shower for the first seven years. In summer the water was very warm when I would've preferred cold water to cool off, in winter I wanted warm water but it felt cold. But even in "winter" it was 25 degrees so the water wasn't as cold as it is where I live now.

Well done Natty respect for opening up to feel yourself and getting out of your comfort zone. All should do daily meditation and breathing exercises to begin able to control your mind and breathing is the most powerful tool we have. Unfortunately we often give the ultimate power of that control away so we are in the mercy of other's when it comes to how we feel. And icebath and sauna loving it in all way's also makes your metabolism better going from hot to cold less sweating and sickness i could keep on going. On a last note i would keep thr icebath to max 20min me myself i do max 30min so you don't get frost bit's. Keep going strong Natty don't take this as a one time experience explore your mind. And keep up the good work 😊🙏 Exisie

Age isn’t really a limit if you’re healthy. The main thing is cardiovascular disease. If in doubt always speak to your doctor. And has mentioned above, a health declaration will need to be completed. The breathwork can be done by everyone. People will epilepsy or children will need a modified version. Feel free to send us an email, happy to help you 🙏

I've been doing the breathing and taking cold showers for five years now. I recommend to do a course with an instructor at least once. It is easy to get confused, even after years of practise, sometimes I don't know if it's the second or third set I'm doing, or if I've breathed in already or I'm holding my breath. You will have questions and there are some things you shouldn't do. After at least one course you can do it by yourself.
