The craziest thing to me about Getti's hot cheetos mac n cheese is that instead of doing the logical thing, which is just crushing up the cheetos into a fine powder to add AFTER the macs are cheesed... she boils them down into a lumpy neon lava that eclipses the miniscule amount of cheese sauce. You can't drain water from mush at that point.

Another option is to powderize the Cheetos and add them into an otherwise normal macaroni cheese roux.. And it'd taste.. Well, probably actually pretty good! Then just top the macaroni with crumbled Cheetos and it'd be perfect. And if you make homemade macaroni, please make a roux and don't use packaged cheese stuff. It's way better and worth it too.

The coffee at the end is actually called dalgona coffee! it is very popular in places all over Asia it's much easier to use an electric beater for a minute or so and only lightly mix in to milk of choice as it creates a light almost milkshakey type texture and taste :)

The strawberry blade 'hack' spikes my anxiety so bad As someone who has experience with blades, THEYRE SO THIN and I'm terrified that if someone tries this and it snaps in a strawberry and they eat it they might get hurt I've never snapped a blade, but I feel like it could happen Also, lady with the chips mashed potatoes, just buy instant mashed potatoes?

I have experience with blades too and I have bent them really easily many times. I have snapped them before too, a while ago, and I remember it took a bit of time to do. I don't recall it being that easy because of the material of the blade. Blades are really flexible so I don't think you need to worry about them breaking from soft foods, although it's a stupid hack that is dangerous. If they were pretending to cut up nuts or something then it could break the blades.

I have this awful phobia of swallowing small objects, especially sharp ones, so even looking at an image of a razor makes me incredibly uncomfortable. I was in distress during the whole strawberry hack, had to skip the rest of it

this sort of reminds me of a game we played as children. i went to an all male boarding school and one of us had a small handheld battery operated fan. he stuck snapped razor blades to the fan blades and we'd spin it and holding a fruit like a grape in our mouths we'd try to get the spinning fan to slice the grape in half. its a miracle no one was seriously injured other than an occasional nick on the lips. i think of that every time boomers blame social media for making kids do stupid things like eating tide pods, as if dumb children ever needed a reason.

"Peeling potatoes sucks" Then don't peel them, get a veggie brush and clean them, most of the nutrients are in the skin and it adds to the flavour. Also don't use low starch potatoes

the whole thing about the chips omelette comes originally from spain. it is based on a real hack for making fast tortilla espanol, which calls for small cut fried potatoes, for which potato chips are the ideal workaround. normally you only just mix the ingredients in the chips bag and pour the whole thing in a pan and fry it both sides, or you can also bake it in a heat proof cast iron pan in the oven.
