Lisa, for the yogurt, try plain whole fat - something like a greek (so super sour) or Aussie style works. Bulgarian too! But, it cannot be sweetened to help!

8:00 I think spicy food caused serotonin production to increase (something the body does when you actually get a burn too to alleviate pain) which is why you get that kinda nice feeling after eating something spicy. I miss the days when I had really good tolerance for spicy food (for a white person anyway), spicy food always makes my nose runny and years ago when I got a bad flu I couldn't enjoy spicy foods for a long time because I felt like I was suffocating as a result, so all my tolerance was just gone at the end of the flu 😭

Hey lisa, i want you to try a recipe please if you see this comment try it once i swear it will be worth it!! Recipe- first you have to cut onions, capsicum and tomatoes in small pieces, then you have to heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and then you have to saute the vegetables, then you have to add some salt, and chilli powder according to taste then you have to saute it for 30 seconds then you have to add 1 glass of water to it, then you have to put your fav ramen in it( but if you try it with maggi it will be more tasty) then you have to let the maggi cook and add the tastemaker to it.. and yaa it's ready please try it once

Holding your spice tolerance? 10-15, you been doing it for the last 6 months in you 🤣🤣
Lisa does you stomach ever burn after you are done recording? do your guts start to hurt after you have consumed any spicy items after digestion has begun? serious question by the way. also you are a trooper for building your spice tolerance, as a Hispanic we need some sort of spice on our dishes or the food feels bland...perhaps that's just me but i cant eat anything without any form of spice added to it. it also depends on the dish, not all foods need spice ie chili.
