"Trying" to fix a wood carving you did NOT LIKE when you thought it was finished.

Hello Jordy. From what I see, you have two options (if the neck length bothers you): 1- reduce the head size and length of neck or 2- bring your swoosh lines closer to the head. I think this piece will turn out really well and be a nice wall hanger. I like this a lot. Thanks again. Take care.

LOL! I am not sure what happened... But I think I heard some mushrooms in that carving near the end of the video, that I think I watched! There was definitely an Eagle swooping down on some snacks in the kitchen at the end.

😮 Jordi start to worry when the eagle finds a couple eggs to put in the fridge. The next long necked eagle turn it into a road runner, and those deep swirls would make for great feathers.

When in doubt...add some wind lines, yup!!! Your choice of "fillers" on carvings always gives added interest to them._.wind/swoosh lines, rocks, leaves, blending the beard hair into the woodspirit below it, or whatever else you come up with. Stormy Eagle's looking good!!!

The struggle as an artist is real ehh? I like the eagle head with the wind lines, sorta captures the spirit of this amazing bird & gives the piece movement.🤟 Personally putting something like a face at the other end I think would unbalance it 🤔 but wtf do I know....nothing lol Im sure you'll come up with something that works with the piece so looking forward to the next one. #CarveTooMuch hah !...I was just thinking..what would you do..how would you react..if you were taken away from home without carving tools ?!... You've mentioned you have a difficult time finding a stopping point..you obsess over details...it's a hard road to gear down from... That being said...I do like the direction the body of the carving is going now that the eagle has somewhat retired...and no we don't want to see a face coming out of its bum..lol..well some if us don't... Put it aside ?..think it over ?...you'll make up your mind as always...we have faith you'll find a solution sooner or later... Loved the editing..😁...🌿🌿🌿

I would go with the goblin head creature, and the swirls,... Maybe some symbols and eliminate the eagle head by also turning that part into more swirls. IDK,... sometimes just a good fantasy piece is good.
