Current x voltage = watts. So 34A x 12v = 408 watts, i assume some watts are being "used" elsewhere, like EMF and whatever... But like 500w to 408w, 92w less that i thought id be buying. Id love to be educated on hw 92w can be an acceptable difference when buying a 500w psu... Pls educate me. (unless its obviously a scam and they just advertising a +-450w psu as a 500w). Again, just looking to be educated on this topic.

I used to build PCs for a large whitebox VAR. We were basically an Intel only shop, and installed several thousand stock Intel coolers. While they are small, and not adequate for things like overclocking, the fans last FOREVER. I saw PCs that we built which ran for years with never being cleaned and those coolers completely caked in dust, and the fans just chugged right on through it. Zero bearing noise and nearly zero speed drop. Compared to most aftermarket coolers I've seen, the stock Intels are old faithful.

The point, and the best thing about Pc gaming is, you don't have to have the best most capable hardware to game. The PC game library is so vast, and have games that are literal decades old, you can game on any type of PC. I have a super banging Pc, and I play San Andreas, Max Payne 2 and The Movie (PC Game). I have bought all the latest ones, still I prefer the older games. And those could run on my Pentium 4 Pc from the past! It's not like consoles, where backward compatibility is a limited option.

Or a PC for my wife, if she would not be a Mac User (and she also tends to more often use her ipad Mini than the Mac). @@DawidDoesTechStuff Really badly. Imagine getting around 100 points from Cinebench R15. It's essentially half of your Celeron in CPU performance (Or an AMD FX but with massive brain lobotomy and FX itself was a bad enough lobotomy). Graphics are also poor. They can run Duke Nukem at 1080p with mixed settings, DiRT 3 at 900p or 1080p, WRC 4 at 640x480, Racedriver Grid at 1080p low. You can forget about running GTA 5 at any comprehensible resolution and passable framerates. Some A6 models may overclock to 5GHz or even more (AMD FX legacy), but no matter how much you polish a turd it's still a turd. Yeah I try to stay away from those. It means it's not up to spec with modern standards and probably an indicator that the voltage ripples pretty bad.

I’m curious how much better this PC could have been if the “budget” was like just about $50 more…Maybe like a Pentium instead of a Celeron and 8GB of RAM instead of 4GB 🤔 Definitely still not a “GOOD” PC but would be an interesting experiment.

my area must just be weird, im not in a rich area or anything, my school always would put ALL of their money into the computers. before I graduated all of the laptops had i5 9400s with 16gb of ram lol. and there were 30 per classroom and these weird carts. other than that the school was a terrible place to be because that's where the money went.

When i was back in school, there were no school laptops, it was during the 90's and my school had really awesome pentium-MMX based workstation computers. Meanwhile i sat at home with my lousy 486, barely able to run windows 95. This is how things have shifted.

2.5 SSD/HDD mounting is on the floor of the case, the 4 screw holes under the expansion slots. Rosewill has two matx frames, they use different front and side panels and claim its a new product line. Cheap replacement (reluctant to use "upgrade") for OEM that have no intake fan mounting.

This case pretty much is identical to the rosewill case I built my first pc in 2015. Not much has changed in the super budget pc space lol. I had a fx 6300 oced to 4.8gz @1.485v on a g760+ motherboard with a r7 260x. Looking back I'm not sure how that motherboard survived that kind of overclocking lol. I gave that whole computer to my mother and is still running strong to this day but I did set the cpu to stock speeds to help prolong the life of the cpu and motherboard despite being oced for over 2 years with heavy use. I did have ab hyper 212 evo on it and kept the cpu temps in the mid 60s. Gotta say that is the best budget cooler ever. I even used it on my 6700k oced to 4.8ghz @1.375v and kept it in the mid 70s. Love the channel keep up the great work!!!

Been watching for a while and you only think in one way Dawid, gaming. I just recently upgraded my HTPC from an old Dell Precision T3400 with a 2.66 GHz Core 2 Duo and a GT 1030, ran great and put out 4K HDR. I also have another Precision T3400, same chip, running a CentOS app called ClearOS, that is my Gateway/Fileserver handling about 20 devices connected on my home gigabit network. So yes, there are uses for computer parts not used for gaming.
Trying to Game on an 8-year-old All-In-One PC... For some reason
