I hope you can talk more about the recovery and if other symptoms have improved!!!i see by the videos your physically doing better but if bladder control has recover 100% and if numbness in legs are better?

Hey well.. my bladder and bowel are functioning normally. I only have foot drop and numbness in feet. The muscles are are responding with good enough muscle movement. Currently the only issue am facing is foot drop and numbness in feet. I will make a video on the recovery journey.

It depends person to person.. it took me 3 months.. to get bck bladder control.. for some it comes early

@@nithishyadav7053 mainly pelvic workout.. u can consult a physiotherapist. Mainly bladder and bowl issues recover on their own..

@@samraiborde8878 i had three symptoms of CES(backpain,urine disfunction & shocks in butt while sneezing) after surgery now i only have urine passing problem.My doctor told it takes 6 months for me to recover & now i m passing the urine by pressuring the bladder
