Hi Steph! I know exactly what you mean in the beginning of the video with text/answering anxiety! I talked to my therapist about it, because I used to do the same thing with texts from my friends. We talked it through, and found that texting people back took social energy out of me, and some days I didn't have the energy to be social. I was too busy doing my own thing, or wasn't feeling like putting my energy into conversing. We talked through how to fix it (for me, it was just sending a text saying "hey im busy the next few days will respond when I can") but its totally normal for people to feel this. (Another thing she suggested was having a set time every day for like 10,15,30 mins etc. just to respond, so you know in that time you have to do it, and then after you are free to do whatever and not feel guilty) Hope this helps a little

im so proud of seeing her being independent and getting out of her comfort zone a little. as a fellow home body introvert seeing her vlogs makes me wish i can one day finally do the same and get out of my comfort zone too but i literally get anxiety thinking about just being alone out in public and its so difficult for me to adapt to new changes and make friends. i wish it was this easy but im glad she's enjoying her life and vlogging for us so we get to feel like we're there with her all the way through everything :))

I feel EXACTLY the same way when it comes to texts. I never know how to explain it, i'm just really glad i'm not the only one. I'll keep putting it off cause I have this weird anxiety when it comes to it and the more I put it off the more stressful it becomes. your building not walking out when theres an alarm is so real 😭 also watching this part 40:44 makes me smile bcs just a few days ago i reconnected w/ my high school best friend and went out :D we fell out after high school (2021), didnt talk at all and all of sudden last oct i replied to her story and now im friends w/ her again. the friendship isnt like it used to be but the memories are still there and the fondness as well. and we also gossiped abt the ppl we used to be friends. honestly out of all friendships that i have, hers and another friend from middle school are the genuine friendship that i made :) and also so happy that i survived 18 and 19 to experience her friendship all over again :)
