Trying To Stay Loose | BJJ Blue Belts Rolling

Still implementing my macro and micro goals. Macro was still no one touches my head and micro was still triangles. I tweaked my knee in the previous roll doing a mounted triangle so I think a change of goal is necessary if I am able to get to any top position to protect my knee for the time being.
Macro and micro sub goals, if I sweep or otherwise transition to the top position the macro goal remains the same but the micro goal will need to adjust. I'll let ya'll know what that goal is when I think of it. Need to analyze my weakest top attacks and then use that as my goal. I am thinking first goal should be transition to mount to work mount attacks and holding mounted position. From there I need to choose my weakest attack I am leaning towards cross collar chokes but we'll see.
