Love your real moments like you don't hide the hard stuff you go through. I had a day like that yesterday and woke up this morning feeling so different like what was that. Not sure why our emotions go down dark paths and turn into little hurricanes in our heads. But thank you for showing me I'm not alone in the sense that others go through it too cause you're so upbeat and positive most of the time like I am and the downs can feel very overwhelming but they do make me appreciate my good days where life is sweet and when everything feels good and light and happy.

Thank you! A hurricane is exactly what it feels like but sometimes we just have to ride the wave and have faith that it we’ve been through it before and felt better at the end ❤ sending you lots of love

As a PCOS girlie and a new runner I really enjoyed watching this video the week before my period in particular is absolutely horrendous and seems to be getting worse and worse as time goes on. I have ADHD and get sensory overload too! Apparently a lot of people with ADHD also have PCOS. You're my new comfort KZbinr. I could watch your content for hours and hours. I listen to your videos sometimes doing my couch to 5k runs ❤

Thank you for still posting the down days. This has made me feel so much better knowing I’m not the only one who feels like this. I really struggled in the gym the other day, when you said you could feel everything that’s exactly how I felt. Everything was too much and I felt very overwhelmed. Knowing that that feeling is normal sometimes has made me feel so much better. You’re the one person who on a good or bad day I watch your videos and I still feel so much better even on the days when I feel like the world is against me. So thank you♥️

Loved this video! Thanks for sharing. I miss like a full week of running when I'm PMSing because it's so bad and always wonder how other folks are handling training during their cycles. And YES to being able to balance social life and training and not having to give up one or the other 🙌🏼

Thanks for this video Holly! It feels like everyone online only shows the good days and it's so refreshing to see that even you have hard days where you have to stop on runs. I always feel like such a failure when I have those days so this is so helpful to see 💕

it’s crazy how easy it is to let training plans “upset” us and cause us to feel anxious when we are finding it hard to complete them. like u said sometimes a juggle around is often essential and we can’t beat ourselves up over that. of course showing up for ourselves is vital but often our mental + physical health is more important than stressing over a training plan.

Thanks for normalising hormones and their effect on us! I'm an older early 40s viewer and a runner, I have pcos and adeno and for years I have had the impacts of this on my training. As females it's an added massive challenge we have and it's great to see a content creator normalising it, thank you Holly ❤

Oh sweet! I live in Chicago and watched the marathon runners last year - including Kelvin Kiptum who set a new world record and sadly passed later in the year in a tragic accident. It was incredible to witness him run.

Idk if you’ll see this but maybe it’ll help someone, I have Endometriosis and I figure skate every day. During my worst flare ups I have severe back pain. My uterus gets ripped and pushes into my back. So I take epson salt baths at night most every night all month long and that really helps so much as you all probably know but then this month I decided to try an additional salt bath every morning for only 20 minutes. This was risky because you should never be submerged in water before skating because it turns your muscles to jello and it’s not a good feeling. It takes a lot of practice to turn that feeling off (some skaters are swimmer too. Not recommended but life is short so get it) but the 20 minute bath every morning helped IMMENSELY!! Omg it made all the difference. No amount of icy hot patches and midol and ibuprofen could match. So if anyone tries this for anything they do please let me know if it’s not just me.

Thats actually true! Cause Epsom salt is good magnesium source, which can also be absorbed through skin. You can also try taking magnesium (bisglycinate) in the morning. It helps me with muscle pain a lot. Ps. I feel ya! Fellow ex-figure skater and PCOS girlie here 😅 now I’m mostly into weight training past 12 years

Hey holly! Been watching you on and off for awhile and didn’t realise you have PCOS. I have endo, but same as you no periods because of medication but still get flare ups every now and then. The things that work for me are heatpack or tens machine on lower back and a remedial massage if your not in too much pain, gives me instant relief and I will I could afford it more often.

Please don’t feel bad for listening to your body❤️ A Soulcycle is an intense workout and that on top of you not feeling 100 percent is just too much sometimes. Not pushing too hard is way more important than pushing hard

Hi new here and love your Tik tok and KZbin vids 🥰 I am SO confused tho when you post your pace it says /km. This may be silly but for example in this video does that mean your mile pace is 6 mins and 9 seconds when it says (/km)?
@DNELLEB
@DNELLEB 6 күн бұрын
Holly’s from the UK so we use the metric system and measure in kilometres, so /km refers to per kilometre and 1km is equal to 0.62miles. So if her average pace is 6:09 min/km for that specific run it would be around 9:53 min/mile (I believe that maths is correct 🤣) which would be equivalent to running a 5k (5km=3.1 miles) in around 30 mins, although I believe she’s usually quicker than that so obviously she paces herself depending on the kind of run she’s doing easy/hard/long 🤍
