Holly, your attitude is so incredibly refreshing!!! You say "these things happen" about the weather, the fact that yes the jeep thing sucks but at least you are safe, but you also keep it real that sometimes we don't have the best workouts!! Those are ALL things we need to hear for all different reasons! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! ❤

I love that you're taking full advantage of the California lifestyle Holly! I moved here from Florida and it is my most favorite place of all places I've lived in the US. I think I'll be a Californian for life 😎🌴 and I love the runsie on you! too cute 😍xx

You should def do an American tour!!!! I would buy a ticket ASAP! Also, the fact you can say due to energy levels you’re going to reschedule a run is so inspiring. I feel like such a failure if I do this!!! Love you 🥰🩷🤍

I’ve been using Runna for training for my first 5k and couldn’t be more excited! Unfortunately I was dumb and did a really hard leg workout the day before with weights and my thighs have been almost unbearably sore for 3 days! I still ran my first run and did my first upper body workout but I’m feeling bummed about missing my second run. 😢

I have got into the London marathon and have started couch to 5k and it feels like it will be impossible. Any advice ?

Dont even think about the marathon at the moment. Focus on the 5k , then doing that regularly, then 10k and doing that regularly and just build upon it. And make sure you strength train

It’s a shame all the run clubs are all based in the same area of the UK. For us living in the South it’s hard to get to those areas all being so far away.
