TSAC64DiagTesting

Well I thought this would be a good C64 to test with as I thought it would pass every test with flying colors. With a few bad codes I go testing, checking the internet and reading manuals for once. In the end all turns out ok for the C64 but not my monitor.

Plugging and unplugging from the joystick port is fine, until it isn't. I prefer to cycle the machine rather than run the risk of replacing CIA chips.
