I would love to see a video on what machines are safe to use in a gym, if you have scoliosis. Especially since some smaller gyms and senior centers here in the US do not have sufficient open (unoccupied) matted floor space to do some of these workouts. Another video of interest would be scoliosis friendly pilates and/or yoga workouts, for variety. Thank you! :)

Im 45yr old guy with cervical and lumbar spondylosis and this vid helps so much with spinal stability and strength, I can sit in chair without pain after doing these and feel so much more aligned, I feel my back muscles that are usually inactive being used also, Thank you so much!

The first time in months I did a workout and it didn’t hurt… I found out I have scoliosis the other day and this is awesome and no pain thank you!!!😊

Thank you so much. I was looking for great weights work out. Because I feel confident enough to start, but I didn't want put to much stress on my lumbar curve. I have better aligment so maybe It's great time. I'd love to see more excercises. I also heard that a proper warm up is nesesery before strength work out. It would be lovely to see video about this topic.

Yes if you know where to place them, and it feels good to use them while doing supine exercises, it's a great opportunity to use corrective scoliosis wedges :)

I love your appreciate your free content, but could you adjust your ads? It's difficult to stay focused when ads interrupt the workout. Could you stick to before and after the content ads? Many thanks!

Hi Tina - thanks for the feedback. We need the financial support somehow to continue making these videos, so we can decrease the frequency of mid-video ads but likely not remove all of them. Hopefully as our channel grows, then we can afford to have more ad-free vids!

Hi Tina - great question, I thought I could upload the videos again and make them ad-free for our members, however what I'm reading says that KZbin might flag 'duplicate content' and we lose our KZbin partner status 😖. However it looks like the easiest option is for you to subscribe to KZbin Premium (kzbin.info) and creators get a small commission from your monthly premium subscription.... and ALL the videos you'd watch across youtube would be free! However, we do release exclusive short videos once a month to members right now, that aren't listed publicly at all. And in the future we hope to create a whole new tier with longer workouts that don't have any ads... I just need some more time and resources to do that :)

@@TSCConnecti know about diet a lost 22lb. I started to workout few months ago overall and started going to the gym. I’m 31 years old guy who NEVER do any sports activities. I’m very proud of myself now. I see my body is changing. I have bigger biceps 🤩 I had sticks arms before 😂 I want a small 6pack as well that I asked You if your workouts can stimulate ab to get 6pack. I always thought that basic crunches or raising legs is better to stimulate core. I hope you understand ✌️My English isn’t so good I’m from Poland. Even if I tried to find a personal trainer when they hear I have scoliosis they usually don’t want my money and assist with excercises. I always do my best. For example if I do dumbbell front/side raises I prefer to sit on bench is more comfortable for me

Great job on improving your health so far! Yes modifications for your scoliosis are necessary and people with scoliosis can weightlift and be fit and strong!
