It’s a pull up, chin up is in inverted grip. I loved this video. The grandpas are so strong, cute & fit! So nice and encouraging this too. It really shows age is just a number!!!! Inspiring! Their form is so good. Mandon’s plank & sit up form… some of those reps shouldn’t have been counted :p I felt bad for his back in the plank. I’m impressed he was able to hold on for 3.5 mins still!
