The fact that Chaiyo is indirectly responsible for the Iron Giant being misused so flagrantly in _Ready Player One_ is somehow one of the more infuriating parts of this saga for me personally. He was _ALIVE!_ He had a _SOUL!_ A _CHARACTER ARC!_ And Ernest Cline just used him as a non-sentient prop.

Sompote Sands is to Ultraman as Ken Penders is to Sonic the Hedgehog, where both pretty much screwed up the rights of the franchise and were adamant about what aspects they did and didn't own. The difference is that Tsubaraya actually cared about their IP, while Sega simply cared about money and nothing else.

I'll be honest if chaiyo messed with toei more than once they might have just got slapped out of existence with no remorse, I think we all know how unforgivable and brutal toei is, they take down even two seconds of one piece clip or anything related to their stuff with ease Meanwhile tsuburaya I feel like is MORE forgiveable? I mean they never took down a single ultraman video, there's a whole movie uploaded and they done nothing, instead they just place their KZbin channel video as next video to be played lmao

It's hard to tell whether TsuPro is that forgiving or if Copyright laws were used to slap Ultraman content not released by TsuPro. There're a lot of content out there, but we can see very specific takedowns or the lack of better fan subs / fan uploads of official subs of content. It's hard to find the Orb movie or a good Mebius Armour if Darkness translation on KZbin while other movies or large parts of them (in coherent videos) are available. Fan MVs or just translations, both of which use the songs, have been taken down.

@@MQzzz.3140 ultraman related stuff being taken down is kinda rare, there's that one 9 years old movie of Ultraman zero and other absurdly long Ultraman stuff that for some reason did not get taken down, and another thing I kept seeing is tsupro somehow ALWAYS shows up as the next video to be played, maybe it's their way of promoting themselves because there's no way in every Ultraman related video they immediately got recommended as the next video Like I watch a random ultraman FE3 video or any ultraman related stuff and on the suggestion tab at the top HUD of the video is the LATEST episode of new ultraman stuff, and it's automatic too, it even says "Recommended by tsuburaya production"

A bit of a contradicting ending there, but I guess most people worldwide know that Tsuburaya is the true creator and owner of the Ultra Series and not these other companies from Mainland Asia, adding more fuel to a very sad fire that is the Asian piracy industry where knock offs of Japanese products are constantly being made by these countries, China especially. :-( (I don't blame the poor people actually living in China, but some of their corporations and their government especially for taking advantage). I'm surprised though that Toei and Ishinomori Productions didn't take Chaiyo to court over the Hanuman-Kamen Rider movie, or maybe they did, but there was hardly any record of them doing so as it was perhaps settled out of court, who knows? But if anything if they haven't, they are still in their legal right to do so and they can possibly be backed up by Tsuburaya as a character witness and vice-versa if Sompote Sands still insists on being Asia's answer to Tim Langdell (A delusional man who thought he owned everything to do with the word "Edge" in video games, until he was bitch slapped by EA games of all people) and still claim that he is a entertainment god who created Ultraman with Eiji Tsuburaya etc. Sompote is a shitty thief and that Kamen Rider movie is ALL the proof that is needed to prove that this guy would do anything for a quick Baht. :-( It seems that the western world though has Japan's back and is ready to assist them if the latest court case in Los Angeles is anything to go by, so at least there's that. :) Thanks though ever so much for making this informative video about how one Thai company who isn't doing it's home nation any favours for being thieves, can start a whole heap of trouble and trying to get most of East Asia against Japan. I'd hate to get political, but this could still be a sore attitude that they have with Japan ever since World War II and have learnt to let go of their grudge in the slightest. It may not be because of that, but it's a sad possibility. But thanks again. :-)
