oh believe me when I say Ultraman inspired people from all over the world. Especially South East Asia since there is an official Ultraman called Ribut who debuted from a Malaysian cartoon titled Upin Ipin. It is due to an official collaboration from Tsuburaya with Les Copaque(the cartoon company owner) that this new Ultraman was created specifically for that cartoon show. Ultraman Ribut then was put into live action and cemented as canon in the ultra series and debuted with other new generation of Ultramen like Zero. Ultraman Ribut is now so popular that Malaysia and Indonesian fans are fighting online on where Ribut draws influence from since Indonesia and Malaysia have similar history and culture. Malaysian fans are proud that Ribut debuted because the Ultra series are super iconic here.

Don't quote me but I'm nearly positive that the Kamehameha was Akira Toriyama trying to give goku his own version of the spacium beam. Dr. Slump is littered with both Ultraman and Toho Monsters and has a ton of references to the ultra series so its probably safe to bet that Toriyama is a fan of the series.

Pokemon actually has one other reference to Ultraman I don't think anyone but me has noticed: In Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, there's a location called "Ultra Megalopolis", which is a city in another dimension that uses an artificial light source based in a tower. Sound familiar? Necrozma is pretty much the Plasma Spark, and that's if the "Ultra" prefix wasn't enough of a dead giveaway. In fact, the Ultra Beasts themselves look like they could be Ultra series Kaiju.

HP being low in the pokemon games and the beeping going is also a color timer reference. Dynamax/gigantamax from pokemon sword and shield are also ultraman references with how they grow big, especially the animation somewhat. Plus them only lasting for 3 turns is in relation to Ultra's 3 minutes.
