One of the strongest lyrics and voice I heard. It's saying that you can't achieve your dreams in this painful real world, but still don't give up. Because if you gave up this world will be overwhelmed with sadness. Also dont act fake because when you find something important, you wont be able to even care for it. My favorite part is: "Everything is gaudily decorated, everything has lost its real form, at this rate the world that I live in will be overwhelming sad" So people do what you like no matter what. Thats my interpretation​ at least.

@@yusufrabie8148 i think he/she isnt quoting the lyrics, rather takin out of the context about the act we humans put on, "everything has lost its real form" something alike that line would be the referenced idea, and so i believe what Noora was sayin is that one should try to be as true to themselves and their dreams as much as they can, or at least remember from time to time who you are, or were, or wanted to be so in case something or someone you expected when you were that "true" you comes to you you will know how to respond to it

​i'm a year late to this comment, but adding onto what cloud like said, i think the "dont act fake because when you find something important, you wont be able to even care for it" could be a reference to the "if all you can do is put up a facade, even when you stretch out your hand you won't hold on to anything" part of the chorus as well. that's how i interpreted that line too. because hiding behind a facade/always putting up an act makes it harder for someone to get to know you, and in return makes it harder to fully care for people (or dreams/things etc) because you're never fully there as /yourself/, if that makes sense. and would make people/things harder to hold onto. this is also just a guess though. wow this song is a masterpiece

Discovered this through a friend two nights ago and I couldn't stop myself from listening to it until now. This is absolutely one of the most beautiful pieces of music I have ever heard. The whole song especially the final chorus is just heartbreakingly beautiful that it leaves my chest heavy, especially when reading its lyrics. KOKIA is my new obsession.
