Nice video! I'm looking forward to their 23mm 1.8. If they (or Viltrox) have it on the way. XD

Honestly, this lens is such a steal. $125 for this kind of build quality is crazy. It’s so much smaller than the mark i version.

Great review. I wanna buy this lens mostly for its build quality, I have their 56mm f1.8 and I like it a lot because of how it looks, and it has good image quality. On my end I wish they update their 27mm f2.8 so it is also of that aluminum, but most likely at the expense of not having the aperture ring. At least it would be more compact so always a trade-off.

I would love to see a 27mm F2 or 1.8, I would purchase it immediately. I never tried the 56mm, in curious to compare it against the Viltrox

I wish they had added an aperture ring... Even if it increases the price $20 or so. Their 27mm has it, and the price and size still very good...

That would be a nice addition, I can't disagree with you

How aboutthe Meike 33mm F1.4? Any upcoming review for it? Thanks!

They haven't contacted me. I don't plan on purchasing it, but if they reach out, I'll definitely test it

This is something I would never touch. A Chinese lens. Yes, call me a Sinophobe. Maybe I am one. I am not a fan of it because of endless reasons.

No one says you have to... But some of the Chinese manufacturers are coming up with great lenses

@@oliverlison You're literally missing on two of the best lenses ever made for APS-C: Viltrox's 27mm f1.2 and 75mm f1.2. TTArtisan's AF lenses are solid performers for their price too. Though I guess I understand where you're coming from. You do you.
