I lost my dad as a kid, my mom at the age of 25 … I lost all meaning in life, then I ended up getting a big open heart surgery and hit rock bottom…. Then suddenly when I had no hope left, no dreams of a future, I met my wife and after 2 short years, we started a family and my life is completely full of love with 3 kids and a beautiful wife…. It’s “funny” how life can supply what you need most when you are about to give up …… i hope all of you who feel lost will find happiness, remember it can be right around the next corner ❤

Trent, I have been watching your story recently and it’s inspiring. You keep bringing up the pros and cons of van life and talk about a couple other life goals you have that don’t really mesh with van life, but that doesn’t mean you cant enjoy both. Maybe find a home base in your favorite community. Keep the van. Keep the cameras. Keep filming your story. Having the van means you can basically travel anywhere so setting roots somewhere may not seem so bad if you’re worried about that. The video montage of your father was a beautiful thing to have memorialized in something permanent like a video. In a way, these videos you’ve made continue his story as well and your loved ones will enjoy getting to know you from watching them just as your fans do.

I watch your adventures, I just can’t imagine ever going back to the old ways of living. The sights you’ve seen. The cool people you have met. Seems like such a rich life. All the junk people buy, only for them to decay on a shelf. Whereas you have made the stuff you have work to give you the world. God bless you and protect you Trent!

I lost my mother when I was 16. I’m almost 67 now and am still lucky to have my dad in my life who is 92. But I can certainly relate to losing a parent at a young age, it was devastating. I love watching your adventures and always wished I had taken a chance back when I was young to do something adventurous like you have, instead I got married young and had a family and my first marriage lasted 12 years and we had 2 sons who I’m very thankful for but the marriage ended in divorce. I missed my chance but it’s too late because I’m a broken down old man now so I have to live vicariously through your videos! LOL Anyway, I’m very sorry for your loss and I’m sure your dad would want you to keep going. Good luck and safe travels to you and your pup Millie.

Trent, I for one am glad that you had this vision and that you followed it. I thoroughly enjoy living vicariously through you, being a part of your adventures and of course, getting to see Milly (Millie). I know your Dad is and was so proud of you. Not everyone has the where with all to attempt something you accomplished and accomplished successfully. You've brought us all into your world. I know you've made an impression on all the people you've come across, met and became friends with. Stay safe and keep on keeping on. Here's to the next adventure. 💖

I hear a-lot of “heart felt” intros, but dude this stuff is as real as it gets. Love watching your adventures
