I like it. Funny how property management is not that different in the States as in New Zeeland. The part where you held the tenant accountable after they lost their job was very familiar. Good video production, your country is very pretty!

Something she mentions that is not done in the US: She says that they conduct inspections of the tenants' apartments to make sure that they are being kept clean and tidy, then she reports those results to the owner.

Stephen Saltzen is a "property manager" out in San Francisco. Mostly gay bars, bath houses, and a few of the brothels his mother works at. He's real familiar with those kind of places.
