Psychedelic 🍄 killed my drug and alcohol dependencies - one trip two years ago to purge my depression and chronic anxiety from my system was the best decision I ever made. I've done Psilocybin mushrooms a few times since, but after my last high dose trip I realized that the medicine has taught me enough for now. I might return to psychedelics later in my life if I find a source.

I know a pub here in Ireland that Jerry Garcia visited in 93, two years before he died - he took a two week trip and actually had some Irish roots. One night i'm leaving the bar and chatting with the owner, because there's a picture of Jerry Garcia on the wall!, with two guys, one was the owner of this bar and his brother. The story was that Jerry rolled into town one night and one of his favorite Irish groups were playing at the bar he visited...he asked them could he get up and play with them, but they didn't know who he was! 😄

Surprised they haven't caught the typo in the title. The JRE is usually really good with this "type" of thing.

You know you're a parent when he's telling the story of leaving his younger brother and you immediately freak out for him. I cannot imagine what I'd do to my older son if he left his younger brother (who is tripping balls at the time) just to go to a concert.

Such a totally different time when kids could play outside and ride your bike everywhere. Like when the drinking age for 3.2 beer was 18.

My recommendation to all Dead Heads is the live Album Pirates of the Deep South. Has an amazing Version of Morning Dew.
