There is no shared world view or outcome between us, we are ideologically incompatible, and it was one side that threw the first stone (and continues to sit on the pile of stones). Not to be religious, you can replace it with Universe/Manifesting instead of God/Prayer. But I hope that made some sense hhat your purpose can be serving god and maybe it's easier doing that, or you could quit and make furniture and maybe god/universe blesses you with it taking off. i think either way these good things only happen if we have that positive vibration around it. you dont have to work for the man, you get to, ect. you dont have to work to pay for a home you jsut sleep in, you get to have a family who is warm at night. but yes 50 years of that shit.....thats why our men are committing suicide, but also I'm not sure if these men have god and are listening to their heart because thats how we know if we should quit or keep going. I nearly died in combat during the Vietnam War, married at the age of 20, had children, loved my family including extended family, tried to get along with neighbors, was married to the same woman for 53 years until she succumbed to cancer. I'm not perfect, no one is. I disagree with lumping all boomers together as horrible people. Some of us worked for a living, had difficulties for various reasons. Many of us were teenagers in the Vietnam War and returned scarred mentally or physically impaired and live the best we can. I don't smoke, drink or do illegal drugs. Personally, I hate what the liberals are doing to America. I love people, especially little children, whatever enters their mind comes out of their mouth, they are honest and have found them to respond to kindness with kindness. I try to educate myself on important matters and have given to others in need with no expectation of repayment. For me, much of life has been a learning experience, including failures and mistakes. I enjoy your videos, however I disagree that all boomers should be lumped together as idiots or evil. Some of us make an effort to improve ourselves, our children and our families. I don't want to write a book here, just make a few comments.

Tucker why Mexican people not homeless in LA? Because they work 8 to 16 hours a day. Work in landscaping, parking lots, grocery stores. They have no time, they take care of their families

I never got to go, and I'd go if it wasn't for the abhorrent amount of cash it costs. All I'd be able to do is look around in disgust and frustration. I can't imagine taking a family and having one of them getting sick there a day into it. All that money and vacation time flushed down the drain! My God!

One of my favorite buildings in my home town was this old bank on the corner. It was kind of a quirky old stone building, with this old iron sign that matched the architecture perfectly. I drove past it about a year ago and the building is still there, but they've been bought out by Wells Fargo, and they have a big tacky red and yellow sign plastered over where the old one used to be. The little things do matter and we will miss them when they're gone.

Hispanic families don’t tend to kick out their kids when they turn 18. They also tend to take in family members into their own home. Their children and nephews and nieces, their cousins- if someone finds themselves without a place to stay, and they aren’t unacceptably problematic or dangerous, they have family to stay with.

@cosettecopperfield8397

I'm a Boom, and what you describe is exactly the attitude I saw in my parents and all those others that came out of the depression and WWII. Perhaps, that is just a hand-me-down attitude. Image and what will the neighbors think was most important. They sure expected a lot, as in perfection. Unachievable and crazy making.
@sgregerson

It's sad this is what the younger generations believe, there are many boomers who worked hard all their lives, still working to keep body and soul together, Tim's view is very much a California view, But it's funny, but each generation is selfish, many boomers don't retire because they can't afford it.
@UnoHoo1

@@sgregerson I agree. I feel like I have had enough of bashing entire generations of people. It is one thing to hear it from a comedian, but another to hear this from those who are not. All people do not fit into the boxes they put them in. I like to think we are all individuals and cannot be defined in terms of an entire generation.
