Jack Daniel's BBQ Champions Dinner I Tuffy Stone

I had a great time cooking for the Jack Daniel's Champions Dinner at Miss Mary Bobo's as part of the World Championship Barbecue invitational. Over 100 people and a few World Barbecue Champions waiting to eat, so no pressure!

That Jambo rig is sweet. What size are the two offsets? Jamie does some awesome work.

Jamie does do awesome work. Each barrel is 30"x5'. Cooks great.
