Tug, I really liked this vid since I lived in the Panhandle for 22 years diving, fishing, hunting, etc. Of course years ago, before the rich crowds found the white sand beaches and EXCELLENT fishing/diving it was better. With that said we explored everywhere including Steinhatchee. That is pronounced STINE-hat-chee (like a beer stein).

Just got home from rehabbing my broken leg that happened in Steinhatchee on April 26th. My daughter and I went down to celebrate my 80th birthday. In our rental cottage my foot got wedged underneath a bathroom cabinet I lost my balance and snapped my foot off my leg. I was helicoptered to Shands where my foot was reattached. I have been rehabbing since then. Glad to be home and watching Tug Trash.😊

Great video! We clean scallops with a 1 gallon shop vac. Open them the same way, pass them to the next person, stick the hose over the muscle real quick and pull back. We have had the same vac for 15 years. Little spray bleach, rinse it off and good to go. My wife leave’s the muscle on the half shell, adds butter, garlic powder and Parmesan cheese. Puts them on the grill for a few minutes and delicious!

You make interesting videos Ian I've never seen the techniques you use to get this seafood like bully netting I've never seen that method of catching the painted lobsters and the scallops all I've really ever seen is the huge troller ships that drag that huge scoop and just bring in millions at a time. The way you are showing is definitely efficient it always makes me jealous to say the least because I absolutely love seafood but I can't just go out in my backyard basically and catch it in northern New York the st.lawrance river has good bass fishing in it but that pretty much it I can't wait to see your next 2 videos. That boat of your buddy's was pretty freakin sweet o and Krystal ...she is a true weapon😂 I love er you have taught her well 😊 .....stay safe out there you guys and I'll catch u in the next one!
