Tui Long Haul flight to Costa Rica review

Decided to do a little video of my inflight experience on a tui long haul flight, it's mainly a food related experience - as that's pretty important! Excuse some of the dark patches its always difficult to video and not get too many people in.

We went Premium for a family of 6 well worth the price for a long flight. Fantastic flight there and back and stayed at Rui Palace.

@@wooka Thanks. We arrived 4 hours before our flight and did one hour at bag drop and one hour through security. Flight left 40 minutes later than scheduled.

Was this economy? I'm debating a 10 hour flight with TUI and wondering if the screens come included

Hey! Yes it was. I'll be honest I was concerned how the flight would be, I mean I am fine for a 4 hour flight on a tui flight, but 10 hours was going to be interesting. There are differences, but I'd compare it to the standard of Norwiegan Air in the cheaper seats. It was surprisingly good. Comfy seats, food was good, great entertainment (with the screens included), I was actually happily surprised and for that, I would recommend. Especially as you can visit places like Costa Rica with ease.

Can you get free alcohol at any point on the flight if you ask like you can with other airlines?

I believe drinks are included during meals

@@AnnieBean how strange that you can only get them during meals. I've never had that before, it's always been unlimited! 😱

@@daryledwards2 Its a charter flight, not schedule flight (ie el cheapo, cheap food ,no drinks, minimum service unless you pay extra for drinks) and the food was not all that great. You should travel on the Asian or Arab airlines, Singapore, Qatar, you will soon see the world of difference.
