Early Fall is the best time for coastal New England. Tourists are gone, water is still warm and the beaches are empty. We spent the day on the beach in RI yesterday!

I have enjoyed your journey for some time(less than 4,000 Subscribers) and hope you continue to enjoy it as much as it looks like you do. Your videos continue to get better and better. Looks like Sierra's personality was really shining through in this video as well. As an avid boater in Florida, I am ashamed to say I didn't know we had Seals in the North East Atlantic; I thought it was just a Pacific thing (lol). . . Although I'm happy to have learned something new from you both. :) All the best from Florida. Matt

For the past 10 years I've gone Salmon fishing in the Queen Charlotte Islands. Our base is on a boat with 15 Rooms and a Resteraunt. About 5 miles away from our base there are probably 7 or 8 hundred seals thats a conservative figure. The seals are perched on a small mountain in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Its absolutley impossible to get any closer than 1 mile from them. The smell is so great. If you want to get closer than that take a gas mask. At least i can say ive seen the seals The other great thing we enjoy while fishing are the whales. There absolutley breath taking to watch. One year we watched a fairly big seal out running the whale. The one thing I found surprising is the Whale wouldn't give up. All of a sudden this seal flew up out of the water and the whale right behind it . The whale caught the poor seal mid air. It was actually quite disappointing the whale caught the poor seal. The only bad thing having the seals and whales so close is it really hurts the fishing and forces us to boat about 20 miles from our base. Anyway hope you find lots of seals guys!!!
@Tulasendlesssummer7 жыл бұрын
700-800?!? that's crazy!!! That's a lot of fish to feed those guys no wonder you have to travel so far out of the way to get some...
