Another great episode, guys! I loved it, as I do with all your other videos! That shipwreck that Katherine and Sierra explored had to be there 60 to 80 years, minimum. I've explored quite a few above-water shipwrecks and it takes many decades for one to rust out to that degree. I tried looking online for the Seeadler K and couldn't find anything for it when searching under St Vincent and the Grenadines, or that area, on line. Very interesting. I cringed when Sierra and Katherine boarded that rusted out ship! Thankfully nothing bad happened. I'm currently in self-isolation (at home), with my dog, due to this crazy virus going around, so I'm trying to catch up on some of your more recent episodes that I've missed. Yes, I'm concerned with how far covid-19 will go in the population. But, the fact is - I'm more concerned with how people around me are reacting to this virus than I am in possibly contracting it. People are cRaZy! I went to the Tampa Costco 4 days ago and people were rushing around like crazed zombies. Quite a few had a far-away glassy look to their eyes. Almost all of them had those huge Costco size bags of toilet rolls in their basket. I actually need some, but they were out just before I got there. Dang hoarders! O'well, there's plenty of dead leaves on the ground outside. Hahaha .... Hope the '3' of you are good and well. Take care. -Mark

I've been hiking for more than 50 years in virtually every state and Canada. The factor that has ruined more hikes by far wasn't the weather. It wasn't blisters. It wasn't injury. It was assholes with unleashed, badly trained dogs. I was raised to love all animals. Pity no one poisoned the thoughtless owners.

That octopus had designs on your camera for sure! Dumb question time: why does Billy wear that cloth around his face? Sun protection was my thought. Being a fairly blonde guy, I'm guessing he gets burned easily unlike Sierra who just tans beautifully! Catherine is right in the middle with her complexion. Cute kid sister Billy! Is she still in school? Lucky to have a brother that lives on the Sea!

Btw... Tetanus occurs from getting a DEEP wound from something rusty. Not just by touching it or breathing it. If one of yall would have fallen through anywhere, you would be getting a tetanus infection if your vaccine isnt active, sometimes vaccines burn out soon too. I have to get my blood titers ran occasionally & get boostered sooner then most people.... but then again, noone ever thinks about getting their titers ran. 😂 Boostering should be done every 8 yrs...at least! Be safe out there! 💖👍 Love you guys! Been watching for years. Me & my baby Love your videos 💖

If I'm not mistaken those were Spanish lobster. Here in FL they do not have any size or bag limits. It's quite possible they could have kept more if they wanted to. I'm actually surprised they found 2 that were "legal" size. They usually do don't grow as big as spiney lobster.

Lobster are so hard to find/catch because everyone is taking whatever they can. I think it'd be really fantastic if you guys would consider altering your approach to sealife such that instead of showing people how much you can catch/kill you'd instead just take their pictures.
@Tulasendlesssummer4 жыл бұрын
We can’t eat pictures for dinner Ross. Also, how many lobster do you think we have caught in the last month?
@WRMannIII4 жыл бұрын
@@Tulasendlesssummer Absolutely, no pictures for dinner. :-) I'm not trying to give you a hard time, rather just share my concern for sea life that I've seen vanishing over my many years of free diving. Back in 'the day' I'd often find Bahamian caves so full of lobster that it seemed not even one more would fit! Now, you're lucky to see even see a single lobster unless you're in very remote regions. Same thing in Belize where not only are the lobster gone . . but also any edible fish of size. I believe this is mostly due to over fishing. I love your videos and 'can do' approach to most everything. I also think that because so many people follow you that you're in a great position to be leaders in responsible stewardship of the coral reefs and all that's on them.
