for inosuke I would say the charisma is right but the intelligence a but off character, he's not dumb he is uneducated we see through the series he can be pretty tactical and is a fast learner

@@yeetman1344 that means his int should be low and his wis above average. His charisma should definitely be above average. Given his manners and attitude, the fact he is well liked instantly means he needs some charisma. His actual face also leans into that.

You don't have to roleplay stats. A character with 8 int doesn't need to be played like an idiot. Ability scores work better if you think of them as that character's ability to make use of theur capabilities in a pinch, or when reacting quickly.

So, Tulok...finally got my hands on Monsters of the Multiverse and noticed something interesting among the variety of available races. Namely the Eladrin. A race that can change their "season" depending on their mood and their powers actually change depending on that mood. Boy that sounds familiar... (looks at the game "Super Princess Peach") ...wouldn't you agree?

Omg Tulok, thank you for making one of my fav characters from this series, now if you ever make the Sound Hashira, I wouldn't know if I could love you more than I already do lol. I just had my party go against a hunting party made up partly of your Tanjiro and Nezuko builds but I had to create my Inosuke since your build wasn't out yet, but can say we mostly see on the same wavelength. I went Bear and Eagle Totems on the bar bar side but instead of Kensei Monk, I went Dread Ambusher Ranger. I choose DA instead of Hunter since it takes advantage of him having a decent wisdom due to how perceptive he is. His ranger spells were mostly for tracking and the such, but still gave him access to hunters mark and zephyr strike (which I know you can't use while your raging). I did this so he had versatility between marking someone to hunt one person down and do damage, going skirmisher with zephyr strike or to get out of a tight spot, and of course rage when things go dire and need to defensive buffs. I still picked up two weapon fighting from Ranger and used custom lineage to pick up dual wielder instead of the fighting initiate. While my party defeated this troop (especially witha wizard who had access to a lot of psychic damage), this build and Nezuko did a metric ton of damage while Tanjiro pinned a couple of people down before going down himself. Literally this Sunday the party fought a TWF ranger with a boar's head for a hood/mask. It wasn't even an Inosuke inspiration, it was part of a module from Dungeon Magazine back in 2001, but everyone was thinking it. [sigh]

Haven't watched the video yet, but here's my prediction: Monster Slayer Ranger/Berserker Barbarian. *Edit* Ok, did not see the Monk levels coming, but it really is on par with who Inosuke is. And the Totem Barbarian does suit him better anyway. Another great build as usual sir. Keep up the work of the gods.

Honestly for a home game can prolly drop the Monk levels. You don't get terribly much from them besides Evasion and the magic weapons, but that's easily remedied by having a GM who gives you them. Which for any campaign past level 8 I should damn hope you do! More Barb levels means more rages and potentially a 24 Con/Str stat which is just amazing.

Honestly, what I would've done for the Build is barbarian + Monk + some Rogue, because if you Reckless Attack, you automatically proc Sneak Attack, and I can see this guy fighting with such ferocity that it throws opponents off guard, you can take out some of the Monk levels to do this, Rogue would help with survival as well since expertise, though this is still a pretty good build

If anyone's curious, I built him just a little different. Instead of Fighting Initiate as the feat from var human, I went ahead and took dual wielder. Instead of the 8 levels of monk, I instead went for 4 levels of champion fighter. This way you can get a crit on 19-20 and you get more dice on crit from barb. If you don't want to go for that, then battle master fighter is also an option. Either way, you grab the two-weapon fighting style.

@@lucaswinsor4469 A perfect mechanical fit isn't really the point of this series. Also a pure fighter (or a pure anything really) is boring. Plus I bet he can make it work. Inigo as a pure fighter, wouldn't *feel* like Inigo. Inigo is VERY much a swashbuckler. Being on a crusade for vengeance and asking his dead father to guide his sword. That feels like a Vengeance Paladin. Its a perfect *thematic* fit. Though some levels in Battlemaster Fighter would fit.

Sometimes I wish he would make like, short videos about magic weapons that would fit the build, I get that a player doesn't have control on what magic weapons they get by the rules, but variant human, feat instead of ability score improvement and multiclassing all require the permission of the DM. I am just saying that if needs a break of these videos he could make one where it's like he picks one magic item and lists all the builds that they would fit, with a little to no reflavoring it.

Okay, just gonna throw a guess out before I engage the video. For funsies. I'm callin'.... human. *Maybe* shifter, if we're feeling funky. Mainly Barbarian, obviously Probably totem or berserker. He's got the animal motif and tremendous stamina you'd expect from totem, but he's pretty self destructive too, which sounds like berserker. Fighting Initiate feat for dual-wielding - or a level or two of fighter, for action surge. Aaaaand... hrm... Slasher as a feat.

Small spoilers from the manga: Inosuke has showed the ability to stretch his arm by dislocating it to extend his range for an attack and that he can throw his swords. Because of that i would add some levels of battle master for the lunging attack and quick toss maneuvers, in addition to using hand-axes re-flavored as his swords. Still a great build to represent Inosuke as he is in the anime so far.

How to build Emperor Huan, from The Mummy 3: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor....the one cool thing about this film is a terracotta jet li, we will not have his restored form as that was kind of dumb, like how Jet Li's beard magically disappears and reappears between shots. (Seriously where was the editor in this film?) Goals for this build: 1. Terracotta: your a human Cadbury Creme Egg, just clay on the outside with a fleshy meat-bag on the inside. 2. Elements: like the avatar your arsenal is the use of the elements: fire, water, earth, metal and wood...mmh doesn't sound right. 3. Jet Li: despite being a clay statue man you're pretty tough and nimble. Possible class: all things consider this type of build heavily screams Desert or Earth Druid with a Fighter mixed in, even though monk would be sensible you have to account for a heavy coat of armor esc clay weighing you down. Plus despite it being Jet Li the Terracotta Emperor didn't do any flips and kicks, just was really good at punching and blocking.
