Welcome to Tulsa. I loved the nightlife when I lived near Atlanta. Hated driving there. I can get just about anywhere in Tulsa quickly…as long as an empty paint bucket doesn’t fly out of a pickup and cause 169 to become a beep & creep parking lot.

Check out the Oklahoma City airport prices compared to what it is in Tulsa, sometimes it's a couple hundred dollars cheaper. We had a very hot and dry summer this year, 100 is normal around July/August but starts to cool in September. We haven't been getting the snow we used to get. If your considering driving Uber, take advantage of our constitutional carry laws. Unfortunately drugs have taken over and there is a few areas I wouldn't go to late at night.

No. You can work from wherever you want but the coworking space is a cool option.

I have 2 dogs that I acquired from a Tulsa breeder and we even become friends. She always tells me to move to Tulsa, as I'm currently in Cali. I have assets in Texas but I'm curious. Thanks for your insight. Are people friendly and what's the outlook for real estate investment?
