Well i can't fault your repair, the run start cap dryed up. I have a wolf bench grinder that i found in a skip 20 years ago. The run start cap had exploded everywhere, talk about smelly, it stunk evil lol. I cobbled two caps together in parallel because i didn't have the right value. What a handy tool :-D

Very Good. I presumed White Knight was a low end brand, but it seems to be well designed with that type of element & resettable thermal cutout. Pity that fan is fixed as service access could be better.

Other comments have revealed that there is a hatch on the base for access.

I had one of these onse was a beasty little thing god did it get abused though Went faulty tho at points when it was on the motor would jerk go slow then fast then it started to smoke was the end of it that day whiteknight have always been good with there dryers

to replace the belt on these white knight compact dryers you have to remove the back panel

Why didn't he take the whole back off. I have the same dryer and the whole of the back unscrews to come off then we could see what he's doing?!

So the viewer can see whats being done! After all the video is supposed to show the viewer how the part is removed and replaced surely.

You seem to think that this is prime time tv with planning and post production. It’s social media where some guy is having a go and posting video for free. If you think a video would be helpful you could make it. That’s what I do. And based on the volume of thanks across my videos it’s appreciated.
