Only thing I wish Tumi did with the bradner is make that middle front pocket open even on both sides. it's kinda cramped in one of the corners when I'm trying to look for something in there.Water bottle holder would of been nice too. Otherwise great backpack for daily use.

Only wish it had a water bottle pocket, but other than than exactly what I am looking for , a laptop , a book , that’s it.

Gotta love a slim backpack, hate having extra bulk if I don't need it. A place for bottle would be nice 🥲

So far I bought 2 bags because of your videos , the esport pro sling for the switch and the Alpha Bravo Search for travel , love them both ! But now I need a regular Sling for my day trips , have you Tried the Alpha Bravo Knight Sling ? I went to the Tumi store and just like the esport pro sling they said it's only online , what are your thoughts on it ?

It just came out last week, I went down to Houston Galleria to see it and the Falcon backpack in person. They're both neat, I did buy the Falcon but still want a Knight. The fact that its also a backpack makes it valuable to me. The size is perfect for an iPad and daily items. I also have a Nottaway backpack which isnt much bigger at all, so I almost can't justify buying a knight, but still really liked it.

@@BioGear oh man ! I knew I hadn't noticed it before! And no wonder when i went to the Tumi store they didn't have it .. I was curious about the size because All I want it for is my electronics , my tablet is 12" , i think that's bigger than an iPad , and also i wanted to see how that strap works , it says that it's magnetic? No zipper ? ..
@BioGear Жыл бұрын
@@jrighteous1984 a 12" tablet might fit, my iPad pro 11 fits with the pencil on the side. The straps have a magnetic strip along the edge, but the top and bottom have a plastic lock to keep them really together if you want. It's like a rod that slides into a C tube, I don't know the technical name for it.

Do you have any recommendation for a very nice sling bag that would fit 12.9” iPad Pro with Magic Keyboard case?
@BioGear Жыл бұрын
There aren’t very many slings that can, especially from Tumi as the iPad Pro 12.9 is practically laptop size. The Gregory can only hold around an IPad mini, the Knight can hold an 11, the Service crossbody can also fit an 11, but to fit a 12.9 requires something like a small backpack, like the Tumi Nottaway. Now I have read from a review that the Knight sling can hold a 13” laptop but not in the tablet sleeve, you’d have to use your own sleeve in the main compartment. Haven’t been able to check myself though. The best I’d recommend otherwise is a Tomtoc sling, really nice unit amzn.to/3Febeed

I saw it discounted on a Tumi outlet store in Florida for USD 437… Did u really get it for USD 200???
@BioGear Жыл бұрын
Yes haha, the tag had a physical sticker somewhere around 250 usd and then the store had it for another 20% off I think. Tax included, I paid like 214

I am a lawyer and I am looking into a tumi backpack… actually, I am betwen the Harrison Bradner and the Larson backpack, wich one of them do you recomend me? I am thinking on the leather versión of them.
@BioGearАй бұрын
@@fernandovargas1216 both of those bags can carry one laptop/ tablet without a tablet sleeve, and are pretty similar in size. The Larson does have nicer handle and zippers and can carry a bit more in the main compartment as well as having side pockets. The Bradner is just a tad slimmer overall and has a good pair of straps. My choice is generally the Larson for the extra space, side pockets, magnetic zippers, separated laptop compartment, and I just flat out love the looks of it lol.

Bought my first tumi, the alpha brief. The stitching came undone and it hasn’t even been a month! Anyone else have issues with quality of these bags?
@BioGear Жыл бұрын
My local tumi store would swap that out in a heartbeat, do you have a local tumi store you can show them? If not call and send it in, it's suppoaed to be a solid 5yr warranty for things like that.

Retail is expensive, I did get this bag from the outlet mall and paid $200 though. If you're patient and do your homework you can score incredible deals!!

Does it fit a water bottle?
@BioGear5 ай бұрын
I believe there was enough space in the main compartment to hold a regular 16.9oz bottle. It just gets tighter if a laptop is in there too lol.

on tumi it says 14” - yours 16” and fits right? just to confirm before i buy it 😂

Unfortunately, I did not like this backpack I am a petite person and the straps felt really long for my size. I prefer bags with additional space. I used it for a few months only and trying to sell it.
