And if you want any specific results just adds some more repitition and 1or 2 more Sets of that perticuler muscles areas, as you want to reduce arm fat so you should do more for biceps, shoulders etc. Hope I am able to make you understand. Yes Vikesh you can add Rope skipping as warmup and also use as cool down exercises befor your main workout or after , but always maintain proper technique and intensity and time during, 5 min is sufficient for normal use

If you experienced with it earlier then it will be comfortable for you . Its depends on your efforts and duration for beginners can do it for 15 to 20 min , 6 days in a week, but as you become experienced with this , you can do it alternate days, you can focused on different bodyparts specifically with other exercises like Dumbbell, resistance band etc. But for most of the cases follow a 6 day in a week schedule, Your rest day depends on your choice no issue. Follow progressive overload methods. As time pass increase the Number of repetition and sets accordingly. Actually our muscles grow during our resting times with good sleep or balance diet, during workout muscles fibers breaks .

Hi , Yes you can reduce but for your knowledge actually the spot reduction is a myth, this is a very common misconception, practically we can only strengthen the local muscles and tone up with specific exercises, but physiology says that any type of exercises will burn fat from all over the body , our body first use Carbohydrates as fuel of exercises or movement, it take average 2 hours of continuous workout to completely burn it then fat metabolism started, so actually burning fat in a healthy way is need a disciplined life , with ,controlled diet, any exercises and rest or sleep. This is the process, there is no healthy short cut method. Hope I am able to make you understood. Any more doubts exercises related most welcome.

Hi Avijit Experts says that Over the long term, it's smart to aim for losing 500gm to 1 kg a week. Generally to lose 500gm to 1kg a week, you need to burn 500 to 1,000 calories more than you consume each day, through a lower calorie diet and regular exercise. Its good to workout daily for 20min to 30 min . So in general its healthy to lose 4 kg in one month without any side effects. Hope I am able to ans your query.
