What an epic day of fishing offshore! You can't ask for more than fresh tuna, dolphin and wahoo while deep sea fishing! Big thanks to Elliot and his dad for taking us out and showing us their method to success for planer fishing and trolling. I'm always experimenting in the kitchen and decided to try and make Kung Pao wahoo and let me tell you it was amazing!!! We also prepared seared wahoo topped with blackfin tuna in a mango ponzu sauce.

The mystery fish in the wahoo's belly looks like it might be a juvenile billfish. the over-sized eye suggests marlin or sword.

Whenever cutting your flash seared fish, try not to cut in a sawing motion! It will make your fish fall apart more. Try to cut it in 1-2 long and swift cuts! Keep the cooking videos coming, they’re my faves.

@@LandsharkOutdoors Definitely will try this! I love wahoo! Here in the Caribbean we usually just grill it with lime, oil, salt and pepper. Maybe one time you could do a Caribbean jerk style recipe or stewed curry fish? Think those would go well with a firmer fish like wahoo. There is also a nice style Lebanese whole fish recipe with cilantro and spices that is baked in the oven.

What Tiger King? I'm doing a Landshark/BrookCrist quarantine marathon. I have to give you a ton of respect on all the Asian inspired dishes. You've done a lot! I just have 2 recommendations for the future. Crispy Whole Fried Sea Bass, and DouBan Yu or Fermented broad bean paste fish. Buy some Dou Ban Jiang and bring it over to Szechuan!
