Tuna Pasta is a quick and easy comfort food, which can give you great satisfaction as long as you use the right raw materials. Gianfranco Pascucci, one Michelin star chef in Fiumicino (Rome), presents the classic spaghetti recipe, made in an impeccable way starting from canned tuna, to then illustrates his original version. Working on the less noble parts of fresh tuna, through marinades and long cooking, the Italian chef creates a braised tuna rigatoni with references to the intense flavor of the great Roman meat sauces.
