Sometimes the soundtrack alone is not enough: this is a loop of 'Descension', with the corresponding ambience of the location, complete with the tension-filled stillness of the air, and... an unusual 'sound', wavering in and out of audible register... What could it possibly be?..

Oh what a difference the ambience makes for this track in particular! I am so glad to see you've made this. I've been running a D&D campaign, and you putting up these ambience tracks has been so wonderful, as I've been using these videos you make to set the mood during session. The east forest and vault have come up in my campaign, and I have plans to use the spider cave, hero's grave, mountain, quarry, lower ziggurat, and now this! Thank you so much for making these!

You're very welcome! I love when people use these videos for stuff like D&D, as the atmosphere is off the charts with some of these-- and as far as I'm aware, you can only find the OST with the ambient tracks intact on this channel. I hope the next few batches I upload will be good adds to your list! I wish I could add some of the boss fights, but those don't really qualify as 'ambient', even though they are awesome.. I had an idea of how I may do them, but we'll have to see.

Here we could also say that this is the calm before the storm, and really the round table is one of the most epic parts of TUNIC and quite difficult the first time, but with that incredible soundtrack, it is very enjoyable

I absolutely agree, especially considering that, at the apex of your journey, it stands as the final barrier between you and completing your quest.. of course, until you figure out just how much more insane it's going to become. Ironically, for a place to lay dead souls to rest, this is where you're reborn. Strange, isn't it?

seeing a comment from the last video; i've always read the lil writings you've put in the descriptions, and they're always nicely done! and also, that comment reminded of three places you could do videos about (if you aren't planning to do so already!); the secret cave with the turrets (Sigil Seeker), the FEZ tower (Arcane Arcade) and the invisible maze room- which i honestly forgot about for some while, but it could make for a good video!

Aww, thank you for saying so-- it's easy for me to just assume nobody really pays much attention to these (they are somewhat niche, aren't they?..) but I'm really glad the work I do here is something you enjoy so much. It really makes me want to cry, sometimes. :'3 Since we're coming so close to the end of these videos, I've already done the secret cave with turrets that has Sigil Seeker, it's on this channel, called 'Hourglass Cave'-- The FEZ tower will be coming somewhat soon-- and the invisible maze room is a bit in a grey area for me. I have to figure out if it's something someone would WANT to listen to for an hour, you know? They're all great locations and suggestions though! If I do the maze room, I'll credit you in it. Thank you for suggesting these, as it means a lot to me-- I'm glad you enjoy them enough to want more like these!
