Only losing 30 seconds to take a dump is more impressive than the sub 3 marathon 😎🤘

Been suffering through south Texas (SA) heat and humidity since April in prep for Chicago marathon. So exciting to hear what it’s like to not be drenched after two miles and to be fast again. It’s so defeating. Congrats on the sub 3. This hill country should have you prepped for Boston

Just subbed! Great content! I’m currently trying to get my 3:24 marathon down to a 2:50. I did the 3:24 about 11 months ago, and I’ll be doing the St George Marathon in the next month! I’m stoked for it!

3:24 to 2:50 is a pretty crazy jump for a single year. Good luck though!

@@FalconFifaHDyeah, that’s a little too bold, maybe go sub three hour before shooting for 2:50.

Thank you for your video, it’s so eloquent! I am preparing to participate in the competition in June this year and have 2 questions: 1. You are sub3 in the competition in August 2022. What is your best result before then? 2. Do you use official supplies: water and electrolyte drinks, Honey Stinger?
