Yo! Love everything you have done. I just bought a 2006 OBXT and couldn't be happier. The one issue I have is It's so quiet and crave more noise. Was curious where you got the exhaust and what blow off do you have? Sounds amazing!

Thanks man! I had the exhaust made at a local shop. 3" with a small glasspack resonator and a slightly bigger glasspack muffler. Also running Hooker headers, Grimmspeed catless up-pipe, and an Invidia 3" catless downpipe. For the turbo sounds, I'm actually not running a BOV or BPV at all. The sound is turbo flutter or dosing.

It's a great turbo. Responsive enough for street driving, and it's got amazing top end. I had a few different smaller stock location turbos before the Green, and it's definitely my favorite. I don't know exactly how it'll perform on a different platform, but I think you'll love it.

@@madwagon9775 i didn't want to lose the responsiveness that the stock 9 turbo has but it falls off up top so fp green seems perfect for my setup. How much boost are you pushing?

@@VicVoss I'm running 20psi through it. It can push a lot more, but I'm still running the stock block and trans so I wanted to keep it conservative. My first turbo swap from stock was a VF52 off a WRX, which is about the same size as the Evo 9's TD05-16G. I was running 18psi through it. At the wheels, it made about 50ft-lbs more torque 2k-3.7k than the Green, but the Green makes a little over 100lft-lbs more 4.2k-5k, and 125hp more 4.7k-6.5k. The VF52 was a lot better at pulling out from a dig, but the Green just rips above 4k to redline.

Yep. I've never seen any premature wear in turbos run without a BOV.

I have a 07 sti with a cobb 20g currently being tuned on e85 and speed density. I'm running the cobb bpv, Will mine have the flutter?

No, the flutter comes from not having a BPV or BOV at all. Yours will make a muffled pssshh sound.
