@Annita737 Жыл бұрын
It is literally the same term regardless. Have you been living under a rock? NA-T has always been the term for a Naturally Aspirated engine that has been turbo’d, been called that for years.

Oh it's certainly capable of more power that's for sure, keep in mind this is also still on the stock NON PORTED intake and stock throttle body! At this point we're honestly at the limit of what "street tires" can do on this thing so more power would just be for dyno bragging rights. @nickadkins77652 жыл бұрын
@@3ch0_17 you still have to make the fuel system a return style setup. Bigger injectors on a stock ecu don't work unless you're tricking the ecu some other way. There is 1 guy on youtube that's been able to do a reliable boosted 7psi setup on stock ecu. His name is MrPhukyew. He claims anywhere from 280-320whp. Not going to be done for anywhere close to $1k. If you want a setup like the one in the video it's going to run in the ballpark of $8k and that's sourcing your own parts and doing your own work. The oem IS300 trans will not hold 500whp, and the OEM ge vvti rods will not hold 450+ whp. He has forged rods and pistons in the car, standalone ecu, nice turbo kit, nice fuel system etc...stuff adds up quick. You could have $500-1000 in misc. Components in a hurry.

@@LucoreAuto water/methanol injection, wrap the charge pipe in heat resistant material. As for videos of OEM IM, no. I’ve been told by individuals that have 1000whp JZs the stock IM is good for 700. @@chrisej207 could certainly get into the water/meth injection but that's not really a true street car tactic. There's plenty we could do to force more power into this car but all of that gets a bit beyond what the point of the car was. Even at 500whp this thing is a handful on the street, if we really wanted to go for bigger power numbers as a drag car the formulas are pretty well shown.
